My name is Tim Ocampo, I am a Raleigh native and full-time Realtor! Coming from a big Filipino family, that aspect of family and strong relatiomnships is important to me. I like to treat my clients as if they are family and always look out for what is best for them to reach their real estate goals!
I attended high school at Broughton High School and Neuse Christian Academy in Raleigh. My college career began at Guilford College where I played a year of basketball. After that 1st year, I decided I just wanted to be a student and finished my schooling at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2017! (GO SEAHAWKS!!)
This is my first year in the business and I had my first closing in the first 4 months, with many more ahead! My goal is to not just be the average real estate agent. I want to be the most knowledgeable and trustworthy! I am in this business for the long haul, every client that I have I want to have a meaningful relationship so that I am always they’re Go-To-Realtor. In turn hopefully becoming the Go-To-Realtor for their friends and family as well!
